Our Approach

There are two key factors we consider when delivering high level project management and successful hospital relocation. These factors include effective leadership and creating well functioning teams.

Our role is like a conductor in an orchestra. We coordinate, train and support staff through the complexities and challenges of a hospital move. The detailed work, departmental planning and the implementation of those plans is completed by teams or working groups throughout the hospital.

Our professional advice, project management and experience allows hospital staff to feel instrumental in the planning and relocating of patients and equipment. It is a combined effort carried out under the supervision and guidance of SmoothHospitalMove.

Our Methodology

We base the running of all projects on our tried and tested methodology. This methodology has been developed based on our distilled learnings and experience, extensive real-world plans, templates, reports, tips, presentations and much more.

The SmoothHospitalMove methodology has become highly regarded throughout the health industry and is considered best practice for health service transition projects in Victoria and further afield.

Like all best practice methodologies, it has evolved and been constantly updated as situations have changed and improvements identified.
